This page lists advice and workflows for the process of canceling & modifying various types of orders within Voyager Acquisitions. The first four documents are from Clean up your Acq, the IACQ Fall 2007 forum.

  • Flipping Print to Electronic in Acquisitions (Part I) and Cancellations: Looking for a Few Best Practices (Part II) (both parts in same .ppt file).
    • Part I: Screenshots of annotations that can be made to MFHD, component and/or purchase order records in Voyager to indicate the switch from print to electronic subscriptions.
    • Part II: Screenshots illustrating steps and techniques from the LLCC, IIT, ISU and Voyager-L documents listed above.
