<li>Study doesn’t have to be quantitative—can also be qualitative
<li>Getting the data is always the challenge. Can use I-Share, OCLC to assist and get snapshots needed
<li>Ask permission via courtesy letter is using other library data for comparison
<li>Nobody or institution is named when using data—it’s anonymous
<li>Statewide data would be very useful for institutional program review
<li>Awards could be multi-year; must still submit proposal each year and document progress from previous year
